2. Information you provide

Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city or neighborhood, and the content of your inquiry. If you are contacting us about a facility, this also includes its name and approximate number of beds. If you are seeking support at home, simply write “myself” or your relationship to the person, such as “my grandmother.”

We do not request health data, records, identification documents or patient names for this initial conversation. Please do not include them in the form or send them through these channels.

3. How we use your information

To respond to you, understand the type of service you are looking for, arrange a meeting or demonstration, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request.

This information will not be used for advertising campaigns unrelated to your inquiry or sold. You can ask us to stop contacting you by writing to contacto@galarya.mx. We do not need sensitive data for these purposes.

4. The form, WhatsApp and email

The form prepares your message in your browser. It does not store the fields in a website database or send them to Galarya automatically. When you select “Open WhatsApp,” the prepared text is included in the link opened in that service. Review it before sending.

WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own terms and notices. Once you send us your inquiry, its information and the conversation remain in the channel used to handle it.

The code in this version does not include advertising or analytics tools. The hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and page requests, to deliver and protect the website.

5. Access, providers and retention

The information will be used by the people responsible for handling your request and by communication or infrastructure providers that make this possible. No transfers to third parties for their own commercial purposes are envisaged; legally valid requests from authorities will be honored.

The information will be retained while your request is being followed up and for the periods needed to meet legal obligations or address liabilities. When it is no longer necessary, it will be blocked or deleted, as applicable.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, rectification or cancellation of your data, or object to its processing; revoke your consent; or limit its use and disclosure. Write to contacto@galarya.mx with the subject line “Privacidad Galarya Care.”

Include your name, how we can reply, what you are requesting and information that helps us locate your inquiry. For a correction, describe the change and provide supporting information. We will explain how to verify your identity or authority to act before disclosing data or carrying out the request; please do not attach identification documents to your first message.

Requests to exercise access, rectification, cancellation or opposition rights (ARCO) will receive a response within a maximum of 20 business days. If applicable, they will be carried out within the following 15 business days. Justified extensions will be communicated in accordance with the law. Revocation does not affect prior processing, and certain obligations may prevent immediate deletion.

7. Changes to this notice

Updates will be published on this page with their modification date. If a change requires new consent, it will be requested before the new processing begins.
